Did my membership price change?
Wild Water may update membership pricing from time to time. If your price is changing, you will always receive at least 30 days’ notice via text or email from our customer support team before the change takes effect.
You can log into your member portal at any time to review or update your membership details.
I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass?
If you have your pass number, please visit any location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle. If you need your pass number, please contact us.
Can I change my plan online?
No, you will need to stop by a location to change plans. To cancel plans, you can stop by a store OR cancel online here.
Can I cancel my plan online?
